DESCRIPTION:When a mother is depleted\, her son often carries it — showing up as dysregulation\, aggression\, or a vulnerability to the wrong influences. In this free online conversation\, three practitioners come together to explore the link between maternal nervous system health and the emotional development of boys\, drawing on Eastern medicine\, somatic wisdom\, and decades of work with young people. \nDr. Claudia Welch\, a educator in Ayurveda\, Doctor of Oriental Medicine and author of Balance Your Hormones\, Balance Your Life\, will speak to how women’s depletion patterns — what Ayurveda calls yin depletion — shape the households and children around them. Courtney LaCava\, an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Somatic Guide with 25 years of experience\, will share how mothers can restore their own vitality while raising resilient sons\, bridging ancestral practice with modern parenting.
