Join Dr. Welch and Menopause Chronicles participants as we welcome our guest instructor Susan Ross Grimaldi on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 from 6–7:30pm Eastern Time.
A highly respected Native American shaman of the Choctaw Nation, Susan brings a lifetime of experience in cultural preservation, soul-healing, and cross-cultural wisdom traditions. In this live session, she will offer Indigenous perspectives on menopause and elderhood — exploring how we move through the midlife threshold with focus, grace, and spiritual alignment.
Through personal stories and spiritual insight, she will guide us in reflecting on:
• How we pay attention with trust, let go, and find balanced ease as we grow older
• How wisdom emerges when we gather power and respond to life’s challenges with depth and intention
• How menopause can mark a transition into soul-connected living and collective offering
This is a chance to engage with wisdom teachings rooted in Indigenous knowledge and lived experience — an invitation to align our inner lives with the beauty and expansion of elderhood.
Please note: This session is part of Menopause Chronicles, a membership-based fellowship with Dr. Claudia Welch. It’s a place for thoughtful, sometimes funny, always honest conversations about the profound transition into and beyond menopause — how it changes our bodies, perceptions, and way of being. Membership is required (cancel anytime).

We look forward to welcoming you.
