Dr. Welch and Dr. Shubham Kulkarni join Menopause Chronicles participants for the second of two co-facilitated sessions on Wednesday, Feb 04, 2026 at 10am Eastern (New York) Time. For time-zone conversion: https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/. Please note this is a different time than usual for our first monthly session. Usually it is at 6pm ET.
In this session, Drs. Welch and Kulkarni explore the arc of the day from afternoon to evening — a time that reflects the later stages of life. We’ll consider how this daily window, paired with music composed for these hours, can support us in meeting the present moment with clarity and stepping into the unknown ahead with greater ease.
Dr. Shubham Kulkarni is an Ayurvedic physician, Indian classical vocalist, and music therapist whose work integrates Āyurveda, Gāndharva Veda, and contemplative practice. His clinical and musical work centers around mental health, hospice care, and healing through sound — offering music as both medicine and companion through transition.
How we see things matters. What we attune to — and when — can shape the quality of what comes next.
Through storytelling, reflection, and live rāga performance, we’ll explore how rhythm and sound can help us align more fully with the present — and smooth the path forward.
This live gathering is part of the Menopause Chronicles membership (subscription required, cancel anytime).
