Dr. Welch and Dr. Svoboda will explore the relationship between spiritual development and living a healthy life in modern society, with the real– and sometimes complicated– situations it presents. Dr. Svoboda will focus on concerns specific to men, Dr. Welch will focus on concerns specific to women, including how these challenges may affect women’s health and hormones; and both of them will address what it means to be a “man” or a “woman” in today’s world.

All this is also directly and indirectly connected to the Estonian famous Song- and Dance Festival, which will take place on July 4-7, 2019 and it’s theme is, “Minu Arm”. “Arm” in the Estonian language means both, “the essence of love” and also, “the scar,” which often go together, both at the individual and social realms.
