April 1 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join Dr. Welch and Menopause Chronicles participants as we welcome our guest instructor Dr. Damiana Corca on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 6pm Eastern (New York) Time.

Sleep disruption is one of the most common and disruptive symptoms that can emerge during perimenopause and menopause.

Dr. Damiana Corca is a Holistic Sleep Specialist based in Boulder, Colorado, where she combines acupuncture, functional medicine, and breathwork to support natural sleep restoration. She specializes in the Buteyko Method and Neurodynamic Breathwork, and is the author of The Deep Blue Sleep: A Roadmap to Fall Asleep and Stay Asleep Naturally.

In this session, Dr. Damiana Corca will join the Menopause Chronicles community to talk about one of the most common, and most frustrating, symptoms of perimenopause and menopause: sleep disruption. If you’ve found yourself having a hard time falling asleep or wide awake at around 1 to 3am wondering what happened to your once-reliable sleep, you’re not alone. Drawing from both her clinical experience and her own journey through understanding how our bodies change in midlife, Dr. Damiana will share why sleep becomes so elusive during this transition and offer practical, natural approaches to finding the deep, restorative rest you deserve. This won’t be an academic lecture. It’ll be a real conversation about what’s actually happening in your body and what you can do about it.

This event is part of the Menopause Chronicles membership, a subscription-based offering that can be canceled anytime. Learn more or join here.
