Join Dr. Welch and Menopause Chronicles participants on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 6:00–7:30 PM Eastern Time.

This session is an opportunity to pause and gather what we’ve been learning together. We’ll use this time to catch up on material from previous sessions — especially our hormone session with Dr. Zuckerman — revisit key ideas, and explore anything that may have surfaced since.

We’ll also open space for story time. Because this meeting time works well for participants in  time zones that don’t work for them in our usual Story time sessions timing, we want to make room for those who don’t always get a turn to share.
