Marta brings decades of experience in yoga, spiritual practice, and supporting people with osteoporosis. Building on the foundation laid in Part 1, Marta will guide us through a carefully designed yoga sequence with postures shown to improve bone density and strength.
She’ll also help us understand which movements and poses may put our bones at risk, and how to adapt our yoga and exercise practices to protect and support skeletal health—especially during and after menopause. With her warm, grounded approach, Marta will offer practical tools we can carry into our daily lives to help sustain bone strength over time.
