Kamini uniquely blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern psychology, offering insights into the profound shifts experienced during menopause.
In this session, Kamini will explore Yoga Nidra as a tool for navigating both the physiological changes—such as disturbed sleep—and the deeper personal transformations that menopause brings. Through discussion and a guided Yoga Nidra practice (which can be done seated or lying down), participants will be invited to rest into the question: Who is the person we are becoming?
Preparation for the Practice:
If you choose to experience Yoga Nidra lying down (the traditional method), please prepare a comfortable space with a blanket, support under your knees, and padding under your head. A bed, couch, or yoga mat all work well.
