Aside from the comprehensive, intensive Foundations of Āyurveda Part I and Foundations of Āyurveda Part II online courses, you may also purchase one or more of their individual lessons, below. Please be aware that the individual lessons are excerpted from the full course so, if they seem a bit out of context standing alone, it is because they are indeed out of context. Nonetheless, we feel the information presented will be valuable. These individual lessons may be particularly of interest, for example, to people who have already studied Āyurveda but would like to review a few topics, or explore another perspective on them.

We also offer Women’s Health & Hormones Parts I & II. Part I, “Hormonal Balance & Stagnation”, is designed for everybody, regardless of medical background and contains information we wish every woman and physician knew. Part II, “Srotorodha & the 6 Therapeutic Principles” is designed for practitioners of Ayurveda with a solid clinical background in Ayurveda.
